Cashew Milk

Equipment

  • High speed blender such as a Vitamix or Ninja.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Cashews
  • 1 ½ pints Water
  • 1 Medjool Date

Instructions

  • Put all the ingredients into a high speed blender and blend on high speed for 1 minute
    ¼ cup Cashews, 1 ½ pints Water, 1 Medjool Date

Notes

If your milk isn't 100% smooth, you can strain it through a Muslin Cloth to remove any tiny particles of cashew that didn't completely blend.
